Adelaide Timbrell is a senior economist with over 8 years of experience working with some of Australia’s leading companies, helping stakeholders understand and make use of economic information. She specialises in researching and communicating economic topics in an accessible way.
Currently Adelaide is a key member of the research team at ANZ Bank, where she researches, analyses and communicates the impacts of changes in Australia’s macro economy. Adelaide’s specialist areas include the property market, household finances and consumption. Her current focus is the wide reaching impacts of high rates of inflation in the Australian economy, and the after effects of COVID-19 on how our economy runs.
Before Adelaide joined ANZ, she held senior economist roles at KPMG and Deloitte.
