Ella Hurley, Vice President, is a member of the APAC Investment Team within the Renewable Power Group.
Joining BlackRock in 2018, Ella was then promoted to the Climate Infrastructure team in 2019. Ella’s role focuses on execution and due diligence for project-based and Private Equity infrastructure transactions across the region. This includes Akaysha Energy, the Waratah Super Battery project in NSW and the KREDO offshore wind projects in Korea as examples.
Prior to BlackRock, Ms Hurley graduated from La Trobe University Melbourne with a Bachelor of Finance. During her time at La Trobe, she received the Platinum Asset Management in association with the Neilson Foundation Scholarship, and was selected as representative for the Emerging Professionals Group on the Financial Planning Association (FPA) Melbourne Chapter Committee.
