His nearly two decades of investment experience at Bridgewater extends across the global foreign exchange, interest rate, commodity and equity markets.

Seth has deep expertise in Bridgewater’s fundamental and systematic investment process, macroeconomics, portfolio structuring, risk controls, stress testing, and implementation.

For many years, Seth has worked closely with sovereign wealth funds, central banks, corporations, pensions, endowments, and foundations around the world to develop tailored investment strategies and portfolio solutions. He also regularly speaks with clients to share Bridgewater’s thinking on global markets and economies.

Seth oversees Bridgewater’s client research and led the development of Bridgewater’s new Risk Budget Tool. Seth graduated Magna Cum Laude from Amherst College, with a triple major in economics, philosophy, and political science (with honors and distinction). He is a CFA charterholder.
