We have elevated three of our team members and added another to our pool of emerging talent.
Cathryn Goh and Uday Bachan have both been promoted to the role of Consultant, from their prior positions of Associate.
Uday, who started at the firm four years ago after a career in the real estate investment advisory and research space, works with a number of Frontier’s clients in the not-for-profit, foundation and liability-driven investor consulting teams.
Cat joined Frontier as an Associate in January 2023, after working as a freelance writer for retail advisory platform The Motley Fool and before that a three-year stint as an analyst with Rask Australia, an investment research and education company. She has a primary focus on equities research and consulting advice.
At the same time, long serving Senior Consultant, Andrew Longmore, will take on the role of Deputy Head of our growing Liability-Driven Investor client team.
We have also boosted our developing Analyst pool with the hire of Eros Reid, a finance graduate.
Our CEO, Andrew Polson, is pleased to see people rising through the firm’s ranks.
“It’s always pleasing to see existing staff develop and move through the business and we’re delighted to be able to recognise and reward talent and hard work. At the same time, it’s terrific to be able to add to our team and bring new talent into the firm, and the industry more broadly,” said Andrew.
“Frontier has a long-standing reputation for finding and creating investment professionals of the highest calibre. That’s well known in the industry. These folks are continuing that tradition. We’re enormously proud of Andrew, Cat and Uday and congratulate them on their rise in our ranks and we look forward to helping Eros start his journey as a colleague, and an investment professional more broadly.”
